We all know that 21 June has been declared as international day of Yoga by the the United Nations General Assembly, a process that was initiated by our honourable Prime Minister. Actually , yoga is considered to be an invaluable gift of india’s tradition. Yoga is an indian spiritual and ascetic discipline. It is proved that continuous practice of yoga will lead one to a sense of peace and well being and also a feeling of being at one with environment.
